Warranty:
All products have a 5 year warranty.
Warranties covering structural or manufacturing faults are valid subject to the following: Products have been used solely for the intended use, products have not been altered.
Warranties do not cover general wear and tear, products that have been subject to mis-use, products that have been damaged by a third party.
In the event that Partisan Furniture Ltd feel that a warranty claim falls outside of the warranty terms, Partisan Furniture reserves the right to refuse repair or replacement.
Partisan Furniture reserve the right to attempt to repair products before replacing.
In any case, Partisan Furniture Ltd shall not be liable for any loss incurred by the distributor or customer relating to warranty claims. Partisan Furniture Ltd will not be liable whatsoever for any consequential damage, loss or other expenses whether arising out of contact, tort, (including negligence) or otherwise.
Deliveries:
Standard delivery is free of charge for orders with a net value of £500.00 or more – tailgate, Monday to Friday between 9am–5pm, to a mainland UK address. Orders with a net value of less than £500.00 will incur a delivery charge of up to £60.00.
Our standard leadtime is 6 weeks.
Non-standard delivery is P.O.A.
Our delivery and installation is P.O.A.
Deliveries are planned and carried out on certain days to certain geographical areas which will be confirmed by email in advance. If you request a delivery date outside of this schedule then delivery charges may apply. We reserve the right to apply additional charges if vehicle restrictions mean we have to use additional vehicles. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient access for delivery prior to ordering. Products are manufactured by Partisan Furniture Ltd to the requested date on the purchase order. If delivery is delayed by the buyer beyond that date, reasonable storage costs including insurance might be charged.
Extended delivery times may occur due to circumstances out of our control. In the event of a delayed/partial delivery, Partisan Furniture accept no liability for any loss or consequential costs.
Any damages should be reported to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Partisan Furniture Ltd may require additional information to be able to process a repair/replacement order.

Partisan Furniture Ltd reserve the right to discontinue products, alter specifications or change/remove finishes without notice. Images used on this website are the property of Partisan Furniture Ltd. Every effort has been made to ensure their accuracy but slight variations in style might occur. Partisan Furniture Ltd accept no liability for issues arising from image or colour variations.
